ISSUE : When I open the player, a window opens but nothing streams.

You may have an older version of the Adobe Flash plugin. You can click the link below which should update you to the latest version of Flash.

If this still doesn’t fix your problem, please try opening our player using a different browser. (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox or Safari). We are currently investigating some issues with older versions of Firefox and hope to have these solved soon.
